I’ve just paid. Can I upgrade to a higher plan now?
Absolutely. Simply click the Upgrade button under the new plan and agree to the new price plan. You will be charged pro-rata for the remaining time on your new pricing plan. This means we will charge you for the upgrade to your new plan and minus the unused time on the old plan.

Is there any discount on renewals?
Yes, we reward your loyalty! All paid plans are automatically renewed every year with a 30% discount at the initial price. Coupon codes or other promotional discounts do not apply to renewals.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card through Stripe and PayPal (no PayPal account needed). If you are unable to pay by any of the supported payment methods, please contact us to arrange an alternative payment method.
Can I request a refund?

Can I install it on multiple sites?
You can install our plugins on as many sites as you want. However, you will be able to auto-update it on limited sites per your plan.
Do you offer a trial or demo version?
We do not offer a trial or demo version of our plugins. This is why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you find the plugin does not work the way you need it, we can issue a refund.
How do you provide support?
The best way to get help is to search for answers in our Documentation. We are creating and maintaining resources that help you to help yourself. If you need additional assistance, you can go to the Support Page and submit a ticket directly related to the plugin you need help with. We are available 9 am - 5 pm Greece Timezone, Mon - Fri. A typical response time for Free plans is around 24 hours while folks on paid plans get a first response in less than 8 hours 96% of the time.
What happens if my subscription expires or is canceled?
If your subscription has expired or did not auto-renew, you can still use the plugin on your site for as long as you like but you can no longer access the file for download or receive support or updates for the plugin.
Many of our customers download their plugin(s) before the expiration of their subscription to keep a copy on file, if they know they cannot or will not renew. Our support team will not offer the download files if your subscription is expired.
If you are having trouble with the plugin, go to the plugin's product page and check the Changelog to see if an update may help address the issue. When a plugin is not working, updating should always be the first step when troubleshooting.
Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade later?
Of course! No matter what plan you're using, you can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time.
