The first FireBox update of 2026 is here.

After a release cycle focused on major analytics and tracking improvements late last year, the start of 2026 was about making FireBox easier to connect, easier to get started with, and more reliable in day-to-day use on your WordPress site.

What’s New in FireBox: January & February 2026

This update introduces a new MailerLite integration, a central place to manage connections to 3rd-party services, and a smoother onboarding flow after activation. Alongside that, we also shipped a click-tracking improvement and a couple of important bug fixes.

If you missed our earlier updates, you can catch up with the September & October 2025 and November & December 2025 releases.

MailerLite Integration

x

FireBox now includes a MailerLite integration, making it easier to connect your campaigns and forms with your MailerLite account. This gives WordPress site owners another email marketing option they can plug directly into their lead generation workflows.

If you're using FireBox to grow your email list, this update gives you one more native integration to work with, without relying on workarounds or extra steps.

New Integrations Settings Tab

We also added a new Integrations settings tab.

This gives you a central place to connect services once and reuse your API keys across forms. Instead of setting things up repeatedly, you can now manage integrations more cleanly in one place.

It is a practical change, but an important one. It makes FireBox easier to manage as your setup grows, especially if you use multiple forms or campaigns across your WordPress site.

Better First-Time Experience

Getting started with FireBox is now smoother as well.

With this release, users are now redirected to the dashboard after activation and shown a mini onboarding guide. That makes it easier to understand the next steps right away and start building without unnecessary friction.

For new users in particular, this should make the first FireBox experience much clearer and more welcoming.

Improvements and Fixes

This update also includes a few important improvements and fixes based on real usage.

  • Improved Click Tracking for Linked Images: Click tracking now correctly tracks clicks on linked images. This gives you more accurate interaction data for campaigns that use images as clickable elements.
  • PHP Error Fix: We fixed a PHP error related to an undefined function in the SubmissionMeta.php file.
  • AcyMailing List Selector Fix: We also fixed an issue where the AcyMailing integration could show duplicate follow-up lists in the list selector.

Conclusion

January and February were focused less on big headline features and more on improving the overall FireBox experience.

With MailerLite added, integrations centralized, onboarding improved, and a few important fixes shipped, FireBox is off to a solid start in 2026.

As always, thank you for your feedback, bug reports, and suggestions. They continue to shape how FireBox evolves.
