Do you offer a trial or demo version?

While we don't provide a trial or demo version, we stand behind our product with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it doesn't meet your requirements, we are happy to issue a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase. Your satisfaction is our priority.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal payments and all major credit cards. If you cannot pay by any of the supported payment methods, please feel free to contact us to arrange an alternative payment method.

Do you offer refunds?

We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand it cannot work perfectly for everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money. You can apply for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

How do you provide support?

Paid users are prioritized, with replies to their support tickets taking precedence. In addition, our support specialists will offer to log into paid users’ WordPress dashboards and even their hosting control panels, such as cPanel, when required, to debug and solve issues. 

Can you issue an invoice?

Payments & Subscriptions

Do you offer a lifetime license?

We do not offer lifetime licenses. We have big plans for our plugin. We are continually adding new features and improving FireBox in every way.

Our business model cannot be sustainable without the license renewal. This means that if we offer a lifetime license, it would mean that in 5 or 10 years, we won’t be able to provide the same premium support, the same frequent feature releases, and the same standard of product.

Rest assured that your annual investment will pay off in terms of support, useful updates and improvements, and our team's total dedication to your satisfaction.

For how long is a subscription valid?

All plans are valid for a whole year from the date of purchase. After a year, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it. You can access the Pro version and our premium support as long as your subscription is valid

Do you offer discounts for subscription renewals?

Yes, we reward your loyalty! All paid plans are automatically renewed annually with a 30% discount at the initial price. Coupon codes or other promotional discounts do not apply to renewals.

Can I upgrade to a higher plan?

Absolutely. Click the Upgrade button under the new plan and agree to the new price plan. You will be charged pro-rata for the remaining time on your new pricing plan. This means we will charge you for upgrading your new plan minus the unused time on the old plan.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! No matter what plan you're using, you can cancel at any time. Log into your account, go to Orders, find the subscription from the list you’d like to cancel, and click Cancel. As a result, your license won’t be automatically renewed on the next billing cycle.

Keep in mind that If you decide to cancel your subscription, the plugin will still work. However, after the subscription expiration, you will no longer receive automatic updates of our plugin and won’t get premium support.

Will the plugin still work if I do not renew or cancel?

Yes! If your subscription has expired, canceled, or not auto-renew, you can still use the plugin on your site for as long as you like, but you can no longer access the file for download or receive support or updates.


What are the minimum requirements?

Our plugin, like most software, has specific requirements to be able to run properly. Below, you can find the minimum requirements.

  • WordPress 5.4 or higher
  • PHP 7.1 or higher
  • MySQL 5.6 or higher

Can I upgrade from Lite to Pro version?

If you are currently a Lite user and would like to upgrade to Pro it's quite easy. And the good news is all your data and settings will remain as it is even after switching to Pro. To upgrade to the Pro version follow the steps below:

  1. Purchase a paid plan.
  2. Download the Pro version zip file from your Downloads.
  3. In your WordPress dashboard, click Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, choose the zip file you just downloaded and click on install and activate.
  4. Add your license key to ensure you receive plugin updates.

How do I get updates?

There are two ways to get updates.

  1. Via automatic update notifications in your WordPress admin. For automatic updates, your license key must be activated.
  2. Manually update the plugin by downloading the new version from https://www.fireplugins.comg and uploading it to your site.

Can I download earlier versions?

Certainly! You can freely access all previous versions on this website. The option to download any prior Pro version is also available for subscribers. All past releases can be conveniently found on the Releases page.

Is the plugin translated?

Yes, it has been translated into many languages. However, our ongoing efforts to maintain up-to-date translations heavily depend on valuable contributions from users, including yourself. Consequently, some languages might be partially complete. Translations are coordinated on the WordPress translations site to participate in this collaborative effort. Your involvement is greatly appreciated!

Can I modify the source code?

The plugin is fully open source, and the code is NOT encrypted—no use of Zend Optimizer or ionCube. You are free to change the code to your liking. However, If you alter the plugin files, we can no longer support any problems you encounter.

Can I install it on multiple sites?

You can install it on as many sites as you want. However, you can auto-update it on limited sites per your plan. Check available plans.
