Pre-Sales

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal payments and all major credit cards. If you are unable to pay by any of the supported payment methods, please feel free to get in touch with us to arrange an alternative payment method.

What’s your refund policy?

We firmly believe in and stand behind our plugins 100%, but we understand that they cannot work perfectly for everyone. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly refund your money. You can apply for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

How do you provide support?

If you have not been able to resolve your issue by searching for an answer in our documentation, then you are ready to reach out for support by using our contact form. Our ticket system is email-based.

Paid users are given top priority, with replies to their support tickets taking precedence. In addition, our support specialists will offer to log into paid users’ WordPress dashboards and even their hosting control panels, such as cPanel, when required, in order to debug and solve issues. 

How can I get an invoice for my payment?

You can download your invoice for any of your payments in the Billing section of your account.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer discounts a couple of times throughout the year and the best way to know when they’re available is to subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Twitter.

Are there any special offers for nonprofit organizations?

Payments & Subscriptions

Do you offer a lifetime license?

We do not offer lifetime licenses. We have big plans for our plugins. We are continually adding new features and improving our software in every way.

Our business model cannot be sustainable without the license renewal. Meaning that if we offer a lifetime license, it would mean that in 5 or 10 years we won’t be able to provide the same premium support, same frequent feature releases, and the same standard of product.

Rest assured that your annual investment will pay off, in terms of support, in keep getting useful updates and improvements, and in the total dedication of our team to your satisfaction.

For how long is a subscription valid?

All our subscriptions are valid for a whole year from the date of purchase. After a year, your subscription will automatically renew, unless you cancel it. As long as your subscription is valid, you have access to the Pro versions of the plugins and our premium support. 

Is there any discount on subscription renewal?

Yes, we reward your loyalty! All paid plans are automatically renewed every year with a 30% discount at the initial price. Coupon codes or other promotional discounts do not apply to renewals.

Can I upgrade to a higher plan?

Absolutely. Simply click the Upgrade button under the new plan and agree to the new price plan. You will be charged pro-rata for the remaining time on your new pricing plan. This means we will charge you for the upgrade to your new plan and minus the unused time on the old plan.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Of course! No matter what plan you're using, you can cancel at any time. Just log into your account, go to Orders, find the subscription from the list you’d like to cancel, and click Cancel. As a result, your license won’t be automatically renewed on the next billing cycle.

Keep in mind that If you decide to cancel your subscription, the plugin will still work. However, after the expiration of the subscription, you will no longer receive automatic updates of our plugin and you won’t get premium support from our team.

Will the plugin still work if I do not renew or cancel?

Yes! If your subscription has expired, canceled, or did not auto-renew, you can still use the plugin on your site for as long as you like but you can no longer access the file for download or receive support or updates.

Plugins

What are the minimum requirements?

Our WordPress plugins like most software have specific requirements in order to be able to run properly. Below you can find the minimum requirements.

  • WordPress 5.4 or higher
  • PHP 7.1 or higher
  • MySQL 5.6 or higher

How to upgrade from Lite to Pro version?

If you are currently a Lite user and would like to upgrade to Pro it's quite easy. And the good news is all your data and settings will remain as it is even after switching to Pro. To upgrade to the Pro version follow the steps below:

  1. Purchase a paid plan.
  2. Download the Pro version zip file from your Downloads.
  3. In your WordPress dashboard, click Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin, choose the zip file you just downloaded and click on install and activate.
  4. Add your license key to ensure you receive plugin updates.

How do I get updates for plugins?

There are two ways to get updates for our plugins.

  1. Via automatic update notifications in your WordPress admin. For automatic updates, your license key must be activated.
  2. Manually update the plugins by downloading the new version from https://www.fireplugins.comg and uploading it to your site.

Where can I download earlier versions?

You have access to all previous free versions of all plugins on this website. If you have a subscription to a plugin, you can also download any previous pro version of that plugin. You can find all previous releases on the Releases page.

Are the plugins translated?

Yes! All of our plugins have been translated into many languages. That said, we primarily rely on contributions from users like yourself to help us keep things current. That means some languages may be partially complete. Translations for our plugins are managed over at the WordPress translations site. FireBox

Can I modify the source code?

Our plugins are fully open source and the code is NOT encrypted in any way. No use of Zend Optimizer or ionCube. You are free to change the code to your likings. However: If you alter the plugin files, we can no longer provide support on any problems you encounter.
