Across 3.1.9, 3.1.10, 3.1.11, and 3.1.12, we replaced the campaigns list, made campaigns load faster on every page where they appear, added compatibility with WordPress 7.1 and WP Rocket, improved Multisite support, and gave campaigns their own set of permissions.
