Can I use multiple timers on the same page?

Absolutely! You are free to use as many timers as you like. Every countdown timer does not interfere with another.

Can I load it in a popup?

To display a countdown timer in a popup you will need a popup builder plugin. We recommend using FireBox, our WordPress popup builder that integrates perfectly with Gutenberg and FireBlocks.

What happens when a countdown reach the “zero”?

You configure what happens once the timer reaches zero. You can hide the timer, display a message, restart the timer or even redirect the user to a custom landing page.

Can I restart the timer when it ends?

Yes! Just select “Restart the countdown” in the Countdown Action option in the block settings at the right.

Can I hide the timer when it ends?

Absolutely! In the block settings at the right, find the Countdown Action panel and select “Hide timer” in the Countdown Action option.

Can I show a message when the timer ends?

Sure thing! In the block settings at the right, find the Countdown Action panel. There select “Show message” and enter your message in the respective field.

Can I redirect the user to another page when the timer ends?

Yes! In the block settings at the right, find the Countdown Action panel. There select “Redirect to URL” and enter the URL where you’d like to redirect the user when the timer reaches zero.

What happens if the user deletes browser cookies?

Nothing. We use local storage to keep the countdown going even when the user deletes their browser cookies.
