# How to auto-close a popup after X seconds

With the FireBox popup plugin, you can easily set your popups to close automatically after just a few seconds! Let’s take a quick look at how to do this in a simple way.

 - Log into your WordPress backend, and go to the FireBox plugin.
- Click to edit an existing campaign or create a new one.
- In the campaign settings, open the Open/Close Behavior tab
- Enable “Auto Close”
- Set the number of seconds after which the popup will automatically close once it has opened.
