AI Text Block

With the AI Text block, you can now enhance your website’s content in a whole new way. With just a click of a button, you can easily integrate intelligent and unique AI content directly into your posts.

How to use the AI Text block on your WordPress posts

To use the AI Text block on your site, you will need to have the AI Text block enabled under FireBlocks.

You can manage your blocks by reading more here.

Once you have the AI Text block enabled, you’ll need to enter your OpenAI Secret Key in the FireBlocks settings > OpenAI tab, if you haven’t already. You can read more here.

Then, it’s as simple as following the steps listed below:

Within the Gutenberg editor, click on the plus sign, search for “AI Text” under the FireBlocks category, and select it.

Once you have placed the AI Text block on your post, you can start writing your prompts to OpenAI!


How to add the OpenAI responses directly to the post

On each OpenAI answer, you can press the plus (“+”) button as seen below:

Then, the answer will be automatically converted as a Paragraph block right below the AI Text block.

This way, you can quickly add new content to your posts without having to copy/paste them.

How to get your OpenAI Secret Key

Create an OpenAI account by clicking here.

Once you have created and logged into your OpenAI account, you should go to the API Keys page by clicking here.

On this page, you should click the “Create new secret key” button to get your own OpenAI Secret Key.

Upon clicking the “Create new secret key” button, a modal shall appear with your unique OpenAI secret key. Note this down, as you won’t be able to view it again.

You should now go to FireBlocks > OpenAI tab and enter the OpenAI Secret in the “Secret Key” input and click “Save”.

Block Settings

Below we will explain each section and its settings provided by the AI Text block.


Set the OpenAI model that will be used, limit the answer length, define the randomness, diversity words, and whether to use repeat existing words or talk about new topics.

ModelSelect the most used OpenAI models. You may also define a custom OpenAI model.
Output Length LimitThe maximum number of tokens (words or characters) generated in the output. This is the max_tokens parameter.
Randomness ControlControls the level of randomness in the output, higher values lead to more unpredictable results.
This is the temperature parameter.
Output Diversity FilterIncrease choosing the most likely words by cutting off less likely options.
This is the top_p parameter.
Enhancing Rare TokensHow much to penalize new tokens based on their existing frequency in the text so far. Decreases the model’s likelihood to repeat the same line verbatim.
This is the frequency_penalty parameter.
Diversifying Frequent TokensHow much to penalize new tokens based on whether they appear in the text so far. Increases the model’s likelihood to talk about new topics.
This is the presence_penalty parameter.


This panel notifies you that you can view your current usage and limits of your OpenAI account by clicking here.


How to add answers into my posts?

Simply click the plus (+) icon next to the OpenAI answer and a Paragraph block will be added below the AI Text block, with the answer contents.

Are there any templates available?

We plan on adding templates in the future, such as "Generate an SEO-friendly Article" or "Write a Blog Post Outline", etc... These templates will provide you with pre-configured settings for the AI Text block, making it even easier to generate high-quality content. Stay tuned!

Can I customize the results generated by AI Text block?

Yes, you can customize the results generated by AI Text block by entering different prompts or adjusting the settings of the block. This allows you to fine-tune the text completions to suit your specific needs and preferences.

Are there any requirements?

You only need to grab an OpenAI key from here and add it to your FireBlock settings > OpenAI tab.

How easy is it to use the AI Text block?

The AI Text block is designed to be user-friendly and easy to use. Simply type in a prompt and receive completions from OpenAI in real-time, without the need for any coding or technical knowledge.
