The new year is here, and before jumping into what’s next, we want to close out 2025 properly.

During November and December, our focus shifted from major feature launches to stability, compatibility, and refinement. After shipping [Revenue Attribution](https://www.fireplugins.com/blog/revenue-attribution-wordpress-popups/) earlier in the year, these final updates were about making sure FireBox enters 2026 solid, secure, and fully aligned with the latest WordPress changes.

If you missed earlier updates, you can catch up with our [July & August 2025](https://www.fireplugins.com/blog/july-august-2025/) and [September & October 2025](https://www.fireplugins.com/blog/september-october-2025/) releases.

 ## The highlight: Revenue Attribution

[Revenue Attribution](https://www.fireplugins.com/blog/revenue-attribution-wordpress-popups/) remains the highlight going into the new year. It helps you finally understand how your campaigns contribute to real revenue on your WordPress eCommerce store.

By connecting FireBox campaigns with WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads purchases, you can see both direct and indirect revenue in one place. This gives you clear answers to an important question many site owners ask: *do popup campaigns really work?*

With this foundation in place, the updates that followed focused on making the overall experience stable, secure, and ready for what’s next.

 ## WordPress Compatibility and Stability

As WordPress continues to evolve, keeping FireBox compatible is a top priority.

FireBox is now compatible with **WordPress 6.9**, ensuring campaigns continue to work smoothly after core updates. We also addressed internal rendering issues that could appear in specific [Display Conditions](https://www.fireplugins.com/docs/display-conditions/) scenarios.

 ## Bug Fixes and Improvements

Several fixes landed based on real-world usage and feedback.

 - We fixed an issue where the **image block border radius** would not apply correctly in certain cases.
- We resolved a modal rendering error related to specific Display Conditions that could prevent FireBox from loading.
- We fixed a PHP warning affecting the **[AcyMailing integration](https://www.fireplugins.com/docs/integrations/acymailing/)**, improving stability for sites using both tools.

 ## Security Updates

Security remains an ongoing focus. In November, we improved internal handling of **custom shortcodes**, making them safer to use across different setups.

 ## Closing Out 2025

While these updates may feel quieter, they play an important role. They ensure FireBox is stable, secure, and ready for what’s coming next.

Thank you for all the feedback, bug reports, and ideas you shared throughout 2025. They directly shape how FireBox evolves.

We’re excited about what’s coming in 2026 and can’t wait to share more with you soon.
